Agile Coach/SAFe Agilist

Coaching an enterprise agile transformation with 50-125 distributed (on-site/off-shore) agile team members. Combine Coach as Mentor; Facilitator; Teacher; Problem Solver; Conflict Navigator; and Collaboration Conductor style of leadership to bring value to the business partners.

·   Mentor product owners to streamline the value added features, and apply Lean execution by work with dev. team to get results (backlog priority calls and more).

·   Agile coaching for T-Mobile EIT Agile pilot Revenue SubLedge project. Conducted release planning, sprint planning, backlog growing, and retrospectives.

·   As TDM lead for Device Lifecycle Program (DLP) Mobile device leasing program that involves 20+ IT sub source and properties enhancement, and upgrades.

·   Worked with BI team on streamline legacy data systems, and bring MPP solutions to business team. In parallel, worked with BI Solution owners on plan to bring new IT enterprise solution (Systems) and implementations.

 

AT&T Mobility – Redmond, WA 11/2013 – 12/2014

Managed AT&T Innovation Group innovation project EchoBOT (Data Collection) from product development, validation, FFA to deployment; and IT, Web, APP, and Security projects. From scope definition, project plan, test plan, user acceptance testing (UAT) through to first field application (Design-Lab-FFA-Deployment), introduced Agile/Scrum into a traditional PMO.

·   Managed 4 development, test, and validation projects with teams consisting of AT&T, offshore (India) resources, averaging 15 team members (2 scrum teams) per project.

Managed software development project ($1M). Worked as Product Owner as well as Program Manager. Managed customer expectations. Collaborated with the client to complete software trial sprints that clarified desired outcomes for the release and spring planning, working with customers on UAT testing criterial.
